At DNX, we are committed to providing premium-quality apparel and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist—subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Policy Validity
This Refund & Return Policy is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 60 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:

With all original tags, dust bags, and original packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

The refund amount (excluding original shipping costs, which are non-refundable) will be credited to your original method of payment within 1–3 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team with your order details before returning the item.
